Private yoga sessions give 100% undivided attention to your needs.

In a one-on-one session, I will guide you from posture to posture, assist with techniques and execution, for a safe and mindful practice. We will make the most out of each session with care and motivation to progress and integrate the practice of yoga into your life substantially.

Private yoga sessions are best suited for you if:

  • You want to deepen your practice and incorporate yoga into your life.
  • You are looking for specially tailored private sessions designed to meet your needs and goals. Sessions can be scheduled on an individual basis that fits your schedule best.
  • You have wanted to practice yoga but feel uncomfortable and shy about joining a group class at a yoga studio.
  • You need a regular guide or coach for your practice to assist you in a particular pose, strengthening a part of your body, and improving your flexibility.
  • You need someone to provide you with modifications and adjustments to improve your practice.
  • You want to de-stress and integrate the aspects of yoga asanas and meditation into your life.
  • You want to combine well with a sport or discipline that you are practicing (i.e., Running, Martial Arts, Swimming, etc.).
  • You are a beginner and just found out about yoga and wanted to learn more.

As we practice together, apart from helping you achieve your personal goals; I’ll aspire to help you cultivate the following:

For private yoga sessions, I offer two options!

In-Person Private Yoga

The best option is an initial 12-session program designed to reach your goals. In-person private practice gives more chance for modifications and physical adjustments. We can adjust the timing that works best for you and your schedule.

Private Yoga via Zoom

This six or 12-week program is designed specifically for those who travel frequently and would like to continue their yoga practice while away from home. It is also ideal for those who live anywhere in the world, including areas where yoga is inaccessible. Also, this is ideal if you find it difficult to attend regular classes, don’t have time to commute to a studio, or want to enjoy a personalised practice.

All you need is space, your yoga mat, a computer/laptop/iPad, and a good internet connection.
